MONDAY TRAP.

Okay, okay, I know it's tuesday already, but I had this thought on last monday about.. hm, mondays. Don't get caught up in thinking that you will start afresh with your goals from monday. It surely makes a nice date and gives you the feeling of a 'clean slate', but it's nothing but cheating yourself. Why not start the day before and let monday be the 'Day TWO' already? You will save one day at the least. One day further, one day closer.. so don't waste your time anymore and start RIGHT NOW.

RELAPSE? THAT'S FINE.

Allow relapse every now and then. It is a part of a process, a natural phenomenon. When it happens, don't feel guilty, don't blame yourself and do not beat yourself down over it. Just let it pass and resume your training with new energy and enthusiasm. Look forward to catching up with the time that has not been used.

SLEEP, SLEEP, SEEP.

If you decided to train early in the morning, make sure you get enough sleep beforehand. You will get out of bed quicker, have more energy and drive. Also, you will definitely feel more positive about your workout and won't see it as a necessary evil. There will be no struggle and fighting yourself!

NOT TRAINING NOT AN OPTION

Ever felt like 'Oh, I don't feel like training today'? Feel again! Or I should say 'think' again.. :) Anyway, if you ever feel like skiping your daily routine, for whatever reason, just FORCE YOURSELF!! At first it won't be anything but pleasant, you may feel stiff and sluggish but.. as you ease into training and carry on with it you will see you will start feeling better minute by minute, more awake and energetic. And you will thank yourself for making that decision as it will be the one to make you feel great again.

PLAN OR FAIL!!

So what is your plan for today? What are you going to do? In terms of fitness, what will be your today's routine? You don't know..? If that is the case, there's one fundamental thing missing paramount for achieving your goals - planning. Without one your'e lost. That's why it is so important to know what you're doing. So make sure that the day before you know EXACTLY what your following day's routine gonna be and you will have something definitely to look forward to :)

NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS..? OR NOT?

Why make all those New Year's resolutions only in the New Year? I know that's why they call them that way but.. why not make resolutions every single month, every week or day even? Make at least one resolution for every single day, then they will make up to a week, a month and.. a whole year in the end. Break them up into smaller pieces, proceed step by step, day by day, towards whatever you want to achieve. The work won't seem to be so overwhelming and you will enjoy achieving smaller goals on a daily basis. And one day, without even noticing it, you'll find yourself having your goal already achieved. You'll see! :)
