I have recently noticed an interesting tendency: there always seems to be a lot more people jogging at the beginning of the month, on mondays, when the weather is fine.. and it made me wonder why that is?
Based on my repeated observations I came to conclusion that people tend to start new activities or engage in new hobbies at particular times in their lives, usually when the 'moment is right' or when they feel 'ready', or whatever that is.
And it made me think of all that time thats being wasted through that kind of thinking. Why do people almost always put off doing things? Why do they procrastinate all the time?
There is no such thing as 'the right time' and no such thing as 'being ready'. If you want to do something do it right away, start now. Don't say to yourself 'I'll do it later' or 'when I'm ready'. Don't wait till tomorrow with something you can do today.
